LightPoweredWatches.com will gladly accept returns up to 31 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in brand new condition (not used, not worn, not sized or alter in anyway) with all the original tags intact.

Please contact us to get a RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, we do have to cover our initial shipping expense. If your watch was shipped via UPS Next Day Air, a $25 fee will be imposed to cover our initial shipping and handling expenses. If your watch was shipped via UPS Ground or via the US Postal Service, a $12 fee will be imposed to cover our initial shipping and handling expenses.
